1. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, certified check and personal check. All checks must clear in advance of shipment.

2. What is the delivery time?

For items we have in stock, approximate delivery time is 3-8 days. For pieces made from our existing molds, delivery time is approximately 3-5 weeks. Custom pieces require 6-9 weeks from approval of design. Custom pieces also require payment if full before production begins.

3. If a ring is shown with a particular stone can I order it with a different one?

Yes. Please allow for a difference in stone prices. Prices available upon request. This also requires an extended delivery time.

4. What is the price difference between 14k and 18k gold?

There is a 15 % difference between 14k and 18k yellow gold.

5. If I see a design in yellow gold can I order it in white gold?

Yes, but some of our designs work better in yellow. We will create a piece in white gold, at the customer’s request, but will accept no returns. When we cast white gold we use only 18k.

6. How do I care for a piece of BSD jewelry?

We will deliver instructions on caring for your jewelry with each individual piece.

7. Can you engrave my initials in my ring?

Yes. We will engrave 3 initials or 1 date , free of charge. Additional engraving is extra.

8. Do pendants come with chains ?

We include chains with sterling silver pieces. Chains for gold pendants are priced separately - call us for details.

Return policy

All returns require a pre-arranged authorization number. We accept no returns, for exchange or refund, without an authorization number. Packages will be returned, unopened, unless our pre-arranged authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
